As you've no doubt observed, the exteriors of our inaccessible windows are all shiny and clean now, thanks to the hard-working guys from Cody Developments who climbed the ladders and did the job.

I assume the clean windows are at Block 3 as they certainly were not done at Block 4, at least not my unit. I assume we pay the same condo fees as Block 3 so we should get the same service. Purchased this condo as doing outside work was getting to be too difficult for me and yet I have had to clean outside windows twice since I moved in last Aug. including the glass enclosure for the patio. When we did our pre move in inspection noted the windows that we could not see through. Gord never did anything about it so I did them myself. Just did them again today June 27 as I could not see through the glass surrounding my patio. I did notice that the dirty windows at the end basement unit at 100 had been cleaned but assumed it was the new owner. Why were mine not done at 1-90??
