The board and Axia manager Jodie Marion met
on June 18.
Besides the usual consideration of
finances, issues with Brigil and general maintenance, there were discussions
about: the performance audit recently conducted by the engineering firm we
hired; such seasonal issues as rules applying to patios and balconies; and
building and grounds maintenance.
Minutes of this meeting will be available
after they are approved at the next board meeting on July 9. Meanwhile, minutes
for the May meeting have been approved and are now available.
